NEW QUICK TAN MEGASALON OPENS IN DUBLIN!
New location has 20 tanning units including UV Free Mystic Tan Booth
DUBLIN, GA – Quick Tan, Dublin’s first and finest full service tanning salon chain, is celebrating the grand opening of its all new Quick Tan MegaSalon located in The Palms at Hillcrest Shopping Center at 1006-7 Hillcrest Parkway next to NL America. The Quick Tan MegaSalon, which has 20 tanning units including a Mystic Tan UV Free tanning booth, will be celebrating through the balance of October with free drawings and terrific specials. Joining in on the celebration is the company’s other local salon, Key West Tanning Salon as well as Quick Tan Travel.
“Anyone is welcome to stop by and register for our grand opening prizes”, mentioned John Blount, Quick Tan President. “Each salon will be giving away five days/four nights hotel accommodations in Hawaii courtesy of Quick Tan Travel worth over $800 as well as free tanning packages with a value of up to $329 as well as free lotions valued up to $60 each. In addition Quick Tan MegaSalon will give away a package of 10 free Mystic Tan visits.”
The new Quick Tan MegaSalon is the product of months of planning and work as Quick Tan closed its salons at the Wal-Mart Shopping Center and Oak Ridge Plaza and moved most of the tanning units to the new salon. In addition to the Mystic Tan, new tanning beds were added to the units moved from the closing salons. “The MegaSalon project was a huge inconvenience to our customers, and was a lot of work for all of us, but in the end, we think the effort was well worth it and now Dublin has a beautiful full service tanning salon that easily rivals those in larger cities,” Mr. Blount added. “We are now better able to serve our customers with more choices and flexibility as well as more products such as apparel and swimwear.”
During the grand opening celebrations, the company is offering all tanning packages at a special price of buy one, get one free. The free package will be in the form of a gift certificate to enable the customer to share with their family or friends or to save for themselves. In addition, the Mystic Tan is being offered at an introductory price of only $15 per visit and all lotions and apparel is 25% off.
As a part of its expansion project, the company also doubled the size of its Lexington, South Carolina salon by relocating some of the tanning beds from the Wal-Mart Shopping Center location and purchasing new units including a Sun Capsule stand up tanning booth. By expanding the size and remodeling the Lexington salon, Quick Tan now is able to compete with the larger chains in the area while maintaining the friendly, small salon atmosphere. The Lexington salon is also having its grand opening celebrations through the balance of October with giveaways and specials comparable to the Dublin Quick Tan MegaSalon and Key West Tanning Salon.
